Alright so i think im hitting a plateau(and im not to informed on the concept of plateauing and how to avoid or fix it) and was wondering if any of yall had any unique or interesting workouts yall do to change it up some. Might as well see what yall say while i google this shit and GET INFORMED.

Tricep tricep extension tricep curls tricep pulls(cable) Bicep bicep curl bicep curl(cable) Deltoid deltoid press military press dumbbell raises(shoulder, side and front) Chest cable pulls(fly) cable crossover(fly) pushups Shoulder Girdle bentoverrows pullbar laying pull bar Back Back extension superman Ill add as i remember. theres a few more.
