(No I am not abandoning Outcasts.)

The year is 2318. The Third World Countries are killing each other for more land. With no armies themselves, they must hire PMCs to do their dirty work. You, my friend, are one of the new recruits. Your PMC is divided into 3 companies. Each company specializes in different types of combat.

Talon - They are made up of the reckless, carefree badasses. They use any cheap, dirty trick to get the upper hand in combat, resulting in no honor code. Medium to Heavy Armor

Fang - The stealthy ones. Using tactical moves and brand new technology to eliminate the enemy. Wears Light to Semi-Medium Armor.

Shell - Big guys in big suits. Tough to take down with all that armor. Specializes in Heavy Armor and Combat Walkers.

Jumper Explanation
Ever seen the movie Jumper? Its kind of like that but its a wrist thingy (kind of like the Pip-Boy) and charges the jump. Each jump has the limit of half a mile.

Country of Origin: Ireland.
Bio: He grew up learning of the great Irish and the "terrible" English when they wanted to be separate from the English. He wanted to important like those men and women, and he was always interested in telescopes and binoculars, and one day he found those "magical" guns with "scopes" on them. He started to research them a little more and purchased one, practicing he was fascinated with the object, when war broke out he immediately wanted to be one of the important men and didn't want to waste time with the Irish army, he went up for hire and started to be known as "Head Shot Bones" although most of his shots were not head shots just at fatal organs. He isn't famous necessarily just more like a knowledgeable side note.
Appearance: Childish and somewhat bipolar (happy most of the time and at others very serious and sometimes depressed.

Bio: Frank had always been a trouble maker, even at school. He was always getting into fights and never really got a proper education. As soon as he got out of school, he joined a PMC to do the only thing he was ever good at, fighting.

(They are if you want to. I'd imagine them to be a hybrid of the 2142 ones and the Star Wars thing. And 2 more people!

@Frodei Dude that pic is almost exactly what I'd picture it to be except a bit lighter armor and lights.)
