Balaur isn't playable. Only the Elyos and Asmodian are.

Iam also EU I play on Castor -Elyos side. currently level 40 Sorcerer

I wish you could play as the Balaur as well, have this thing for Big Ugly Demons. However they're a 3rd faction that will make it more interesting for you whilst you're fighting between Asmo and Ely.
