i quit aion back on december, i think i rushed it too hardcore , not enough endgame for me, guild capp'd every fort except divine, did all inner forts, the game has no content to keep a true hardcore player there, so i'll probably return once visions is out, till then i'm on SotNW

50 templar btw :P

The only reason I still play is because I forked out for a 6 month sub. Why, I'm still trying to fathom, but it's keeping me occupied at the moment, at least. Currently working on my level 30 blue set - my chanter and spiritmaster are both 30, assassin is 28, but just contemplating leveling my ranger and gladiator up from their low teens is a bit painful.

I really wanted to like Aion, and I was hoping it'd get me into pvp, but for the most part it's been a bit disappointing.

I just don't get it. I suppose everyone's different on this one, but right now I'm only lvl 27 and I do pretty much every fort defense and attack I can. Everyone gets organized, goes in vent, orders are given, they're followed. We have tight teamwork, and tons of fun capping forts and defending them. I'm pretty much staying for this alone. So far the first instance is a joke, just tank and spank no scripting whatsoever, something I think needs to change to make PvE more enjoyable. But the PvP is fun, and, quite frankly, you all act so surprised by the lack of PvE content. It's only called PvPvE because the Balaur are NPC's. The entire focus is on PvP still.

I quit Aion, since some *** from Taiwan managed to hack into my account. Luckily for me he didn't change my NCsoft master account back so I was able to get my Aion account back easily.

I think of going back to Aion every now and again, but I don't wanna get hacked again. Might join again if Ncsoft does something about the whole people breaking into other people's accounts.

the game completely changes at 50, the pvp is boring as hell, it's not unique.. fort raids are a joke itself, but hey if you like zergs sure it's fun i guess...i'm just waiting for T.E.R.A.

I don't mind the PvP, I kinda like that constant feeling of danger IMO, but I agree that they need to add a venue for the QQ-ers who want a fair fight every time(I.e. Battlegrounds, Arena, etc.) and that these Arenas and BG's need to be both co-faction and cross faction.

Also, the Zerg rush analogy is getting incredibly old. We get it, Numbers are *Sort* of a factor. And when I say sort of, I mean yes, if the other team has one more alliance than you than of course they're gonna win, but 24 extra people is a LOT in game. My only wish for fortresses is that they optimize the game code more so that forts don't crash and lag so hard.
