((Damn, so many posts. Kain why do all your threads have to be so popular?!))

Terlan sat back as he watched the prince. There was no doubt about it, he knew him at first glance, Prince Kilav. Terlan had liked that city, many wonderful people had lived their and when he learned of its destruction he had felt a great sense of loss. He swiveled his ears so as to hear the conversation. For now he was content to watch and listen at his table of the bar. It was lucky the Kaijan was here at all, he had managed to scrape some money together in order to buy a room for the night. Although he was accustomed to living in the wild, even the tough Terlan liked sleeping in a bed on occasion.

The group that had created itself around the young monarch-to-be headed out of the bar. Waiting a couple minutes while still traking their voices that floated indistinctly through the open window, he finally stood. Terlan didn't want to seem as though he had been following the group, but he wanted to help the boy. Opening the door and walking toward the three figures he said in a quiet voice that was deep and gave off an aura of wisdom, "If you would like companions, than I am willing to offer my services and my sword to help you on your quest. I very much liked Valstram."

"Humans!" Felicity groaned, "Always thinking short term." She looked at Kaliv, "If you claim that sword it will destroy you. Even if it doesn't, even if you completely restore your kingdom and conquer the whole land, do you think your descendants will be so noble?"
She shook her head, she had seen too many examples of this, people hungering for former glory. She had stopped people like this before, she hoped though, out of respect for his father, that she wouldn't have to do it with this prince.

He smiled in a sad way, "I'll be glad to accept your sword (( Inb4 'And you may have my axe' lotro refrence.' )) In the quest, though all of you should know this is not any regular quest, i'd hate to be sending people to their deaths just because i'm not afraid of mine: If you don't want to come, i'll understand. If you want rewards - I can offer them afterwards." He grinned, a joking tone in his voice. "Infact, I can offer - quite literally, a king's randsome. Allso, I intend to find my father and his squadron. Hopefully they will be of some aid when we re-take the city."

Kaliv couldn't help but speak in a urgent tone at the mage: "And you would rather the blade fell to a group of cultists who would no dbout use it to their dark ends? What happens to the blade will be decided after I have re-taken my kingdom, I am not doing this for power, nor glory. I mereley wish to ammend for my failures to protect my home."

Le'o raised his eyebrow up. He was shocked. The Azurebane was a dreaded sword and there were countless legends about it. Le'o had read about it when he was young. Everyone who had wielded it had eventually perished and yet this young man was determined to use it for.. revenge? Le'o didn't want anything to do with a sword that powerful but.. but it would be a magnificent sight no doubt. After gathering his thoughts Le'o spoke again.

"You would use such a sword even though you know it will probably bring more harm to you than your opponent? If you truly do then I have to join. I must see this legendary weapon and unveil the REAL legend about it.. "

Le'o's eyes started glittering. If he could truly bring about the truth of the Azurebane.. it would mean glory and fame. Le'o could see the fanfares, the people smiling and waving at him while he was walking past them. Suddenly he snapped out of it. He took a deep breath and calmed himself down. He got carried away a bit.

"Oh, but where are my manners?", Le'o stretched out his arm and opened his hand for a handshake, "I am Le'o Tartagnan, you can call me Le'o. Pleasure to make your acquaintance"

"Fine," Felicity said, her cheerfulness forgotten. "But I will warn you now, if you fall prey to the power of that sword then I will have no choice but to stop you. I honestly hope it won't come to that."
As her face twisted into a charming and appealing smile, she continued, "I mean, you're too cute to go evil. Very like your father." She grinned, she had meant it as a joke but there was a strong likeness.

Turok decided to approach the growing group of people outside, his steps made the ground shake. He put his huge tankard down onto the ground and said to the young man. "I could not help that your city has been destroyed, I have had a similar loss, but the sword of Azureban can only be held by the noblest of people to bring good, I would not let these cultists destroy more of my race, if you will let me, I will fight with you for glory."
