Kaliv blinked, he watched Felicity get out. A slight fluctiatuon of magic occured with him again, and suddenly he felt a foreign, overwhelming sadness well up with in him. It wasn't his own. With a start, he sprinted out of the library. But the Earthborn mage he was so fond of wasn't there. He walked to the Tavern, a frown on his face. He blinked, the atmosphere within the Journeyman's was deadly. A man was keeled over, hands grasped over his crotch. Kaliv shot a look like poision at Felicity - but it was obvious he wasn't truely angry. He was just annoyed that she had comprimised her own saftey.

Kaliv sighed exasperatley, promptly facepalming. Angered patrons beggining to rise up and crack their fists. Sudden, Kaliv boomed: "Sit down, all of you!" He had the fury of a god about him, yet the patrons obviously were not going to give up that easily.

"Are you saying that we should just leave that..." One of the patrons spat, his hair was a dull grey and matted unkemptly. "Thing alone?"

"She is not a thing." Kaliv boldly said, "She is a friend, and a love."

The choice of words struck even himself. He shook the idealistics out of his mind - he had still picked the words carefully. It shocked the Tavern owners into focusing on him, not Felicity. She was safe. They eyed the prince with hatred. "Your a traitor to your own race" One of them bellowed.

"Actually," Kaliv insisted, his eyes narrowing at the man. "Valstram was on even terms with the Earthborn. They were never our enemies. Yet your pointless quarrels with them have lead you into such a disgusting, discriminating and blind rage that you feel the need to turn away each and every one of them." His voice was beggining to tremble. He didn't know why he was so angry, he had heard the storeis. "You butchered their people, i've even heard rumours you made buildings with their corpses! Imagine that! An entire house made of the flesh of the fallen."

He clenched his fists, the rumours had alot of truth to them. He was beggining to sence the natural magic radiance of some of the buildings, it was akin to that which he felt around Felicity. "BLASPHEMY!" He spat, "To torment the souls of your enemies, to go against your basic MORALS. The degenerativeness you've displayed whilst i've been here is making me sick to my ****ing stomach."

The in was once again silent, his voice seeming to betray his age. Shaking the in, he cast his eye over them. The tention of silence was now replaced with the silence of fear.

Felicity looked surprised at Kaliv's interruption. Love? She thought, Thats never good. But she honestly didn't care and was even moved by the display.

"No," She said strongly to Kaliv. "This is wrong." She drew upon energy from her staff and sent a pulse of energy around the room. It's inhabitants (NOT the group) fell unconscious to the floor.

"When they wake up, they won't remember anything from the past two minutes." She explained, turning to Kaliv. "You can't afford to make enemies of these people. When you become king, you'll need them." She chuckled, "Your father was the same, I needed to prevent a few political problems with him at times." Felicity raised her staff, "If it makes it easier for you then I can remove your memories of the past few minutes?"

The patrons began to stir, they quickly returned to their activities from a few minutes ago. There came angry shouts from the kitchen as food was found burnt.
Felicity pulled her hood over her face, avoiding attention. She went and sat at an empty table.

Before Le'o spoke up Felicity entered and nodded to them. Gently for once Aryeh nodded back and wanted to turn back to Le'o as the owner of the restaurant started speaking to Felicity on a 'not very kind tone', as Aryeh decribed it nicely. She chuckeled a bit as the mage jerked upward into his crotch and slapped the man in his face.

Well that was unexpected.... Aryeh thought as the atmosphere went down drasticly. Aryeh wanted to move and walk to Felicity, this was not the right place to fight about difficult issues as the fight between werewolves and earthborns, but Kaliv walked in.

After an very interesting speech of him that made Aryeh raise her brow a bit Felcity spoke up again and raised her staff, putting the time back to two/three minutes ago. With a questioning face she turned back to Le'o.

"Does that mean we get our food again..?' She said a bit grinning to him.

Le'o was just about to say something when Felicity stepped inside the Journeyman's Meal. She was welcomed with despising stares. It was just wrong to treat anyone like that. Le'o was glad that Felicity had that "umph!" in her which lead to the owner's downfall, his eggs received a kneeful of justice. Le'o looked away as the owner fell on the ground, grabbing his groin in pain, Wife won't be happy.., Le'o thought.

It was about to get ugly when the residents inside started gathering around Felicity. Thankfully, Kaliv rushed inside. Kaliv's speech was intimidating, threatening even, but still it had that royal "vibe" to it. Things were really starting to get out of hand but Felicity made a firm move and stopped the situation from escalating any further. All the residents were knocked unconscious, their memory being wiped away at the same time. Soon everything resumed back to normal, Le'o was relieved. He would've hated if he had to fight these people. Le'o was surprised as Felicity walked over to an empty table, he thought she would join him and Aryeh. Le'os thoughts were interrupted by Aryeh who asked playfully if they could get another meal. Le'o chuckled and replied:

"I don't think I'm able to do seconds, one meal is enough for me"
, Le'o made a glance at Felicity and Kaliv, "Unless they want to eat of course.. we're still short on one member though. I suppose he's quite the bookworm as I am", Le'o chuckled again and then resumed eating the stew.

Kaliv raised an eyebrow as the entire inn was sent sprawling into unconsciousness. A sly grin cocked up his face, the sudden, raw and passionate emotion he had a few seconds ago draining from his expression. "Well, that makes things alot easier." He smirked at felicity, "I told you I was a good speech giver. I totally had you going with that." He grinned playfully, sitting down as if nothing happened with the rest of the group. "Though I think the owner is wondering why his crotch is hurting." Kaliv grinned in a mischevious manner, seeing the man winded. Leaning against a pillar and groaning with pain. "Never underestimate how painfull that is." His eye had that mischevious, boyish twinkle in it before he resumed his normal state. He hefted the book he had rented onto the table. "We'll rest for the night, then we'll head northeast tomorrow."

Felicity felt drained slightly, "A rest would be nice, yes." She agreed, "But I won't be staying within the boundaries of this village. Thats just asking for trouble."

She peered at the book, "NorthEast, eh? That'll take us in the direction of..." Her eyes lit up, "Oh! Please tell me we'll be seeing Northlanders! I love the Northlanders!"

Kaliv smirked slightly, slightly suprised by her exclamation - then again, northlanders and Earthborn had allways had good relationships with eachother. In some (Allbeit rare) cases, members from the two races had been allowed to marry. The Intellectual Northlanders (Allthough they look like savage beast-men on the first glance.) allways admired the Earthborn's 'wisdom'. And the Earthborn were allways impressed with their capacity for knowlage, and their strength that came with it.

"There are a few northlander settlements - nothing big, though. Just a few small villages scattered here and there. The temple is, according to this book, situated on the mountainous reigon of Kylara." He had lowered his voice now, making sure that any listeners wouldn't hear. "The nearest settlement, however - is a few miles away. And we have a couple of hours until sunset. We could camp in the forest, but I wouldn't like the idea of the circle being able to attack us whilst we're vunrable like that. We could travel late into the night, but then that would halt our progress alot as we would have to rest there. I don't mind either way, i'm happy to keep walking."

He smiled, feeling the magic inside of him waver once more. His father had allways said that magic provided longevity and energy, but he never thought it was to this extent.

Felicity shook her head, "You need to stay here tonight." She held up her hands to avoid protest, "You accepted their hospitality so these people won't hear of you leaving before tomorrow."
She lowered her voice, "But I will spend the night outside these boundaries. A lot safer for everyone, yourself included." She grinned, "I need a bit of peace and quiet to meditate anyway."

Le'o finished his meal and wiped his mouth with a napkin. He listened to Kaliv's and Felicity's conversation with all ears. When the conversation got to the point of questioning if the group would stay overnight or continue their journey, Le'o decided to step out. He made a quick glance at the book Kaliv had brought with him.

"Joakim, an innkeeper, offered his inn if we needed to stay over night. I don't know how he feels about Earthborns though..", Le'o had a concerned expression.

It was then that Felicity said she would meditate outside the night. Le'o felt bad about her, she seemed to be ok with it, but somehow leaving her outside all alone for a whole night in a werewolf village wasn't the best idea.

"Maybe someone could stay with you there, to keep you company", Le'o suggested (nudging Kaliv) and then took a closer look at the book, "North-East? So we'll be bumping to Northlanders. This trip is turning out to be more and more.. "fruitful" as we go", Le'o said as he kept pacing the pages of the book.

Region of Kylara.., circled in Le'os mind. He snapped out of it quickly as he had totally forgotten Aryeh. He raised his head up and noticed she was still eating, Le'o smirked and then made a glance at the owner. The owner didn't seem to be making food, instead he was holding his crotch and it looked like he was still suffering from the blow earlier. He'll never know what hit him.., Le'o figured and resumed reading the book.

As Ikale kept reading he made small notes in his book, luckily he had managed to borrow some ink from the librarian, it was really useful to be traveling with a prince if you saw past the mortal dangers, people became so helpful. As he came upon an especially delightful diagram which described the difference between the human and werewolf form in both words and picture he stopped, hand wavering over his notebok.

After thinking for a moment Ikale put down the quil in the inkpot and stared at the pages for a moment, he could certainly copy that if given some time, but he doubted everyone would want to wait for him, taking out his dagger he made an extremely small cut on his index finger, pressing out a couple of blood drop which fell on the book he been reading.

As the bloods hit it began to spread, laying itself upon the pictures and words until they were all covered, but left the blank spots completely clean. With a careful movement of his hand the blood slowly rose from the pages, not leaving a molecule of blood behind and holding together the structure of letters and drawings it had formed.

As he draw his fingers closer together the copy began to shrink, enough to fit in his own notebook and then slowly descended onto its pages, where it stopped. Looking onto the result of his works he nodded happily.
Ignoring the realization that he had began using more and more blood magic lately he checked the book he been reading one last time, then closed it and set it back in the shelf where he had found it.

Picking up the ink bottle he set forward to the desk where the librarian was seemingly, trying to repair an book, “thanks for the loan”, Ikale said as he drew out his quill from the bottle, getting away most of the ink by stroking it away on his clothes and then putting it back, they were dirty already so what could a little ink do.

Putting on the lid on the ink he gave a nod to the librarian who didn’t even pay any attention to him, completely focused on his work.

Walking out he sensed a sudden burst of magic coming from one of the buildings, frowning he hoped they hadn’t met any trouble, like Kaliv exploding for an example, he still didn’t dare to sleep closer than quite a few meters away from him. After that first magic, there came another one from an completely different location, turning his attention to this unexpected source he caught the sight of an completely different building, being made of some silvery rock matter it seemed. Curious he walked over to it, only to realize it was made of earthborn corpses.

What a waste he thought as he traced his finger along the corpses, here he had never even gotten his hands on an earthborn corpse and here some idiot had panged them all together, instead of making proper graves where they be much easier to get out.

As he was about to disattach his finger from the corpses he felt something, and let it stay there, after just staying there for a couple of minutes he realized that there were still life in them, even after being mutilated and put together there were still a sparkle in there, but it was dormant, if he had to describe the feeling it gave it was that it slept.

Removing his finger he looked the stone over with new respect, something was certainly alive, weaker than a newborn child, but alive. He had to admit he wondered what it do when awakening, killing werewolves and leaving corpses behind to work on, perhaps, or killing everything it set its eyes on, far more likely for an mixed up creature like this.

Giving it one last look Ikale wandered off to the other magical source, still in thought when he arrived at what seemed to be a tavern, opening the door he was relieved see neither the exploded parts of Kaliv or the brawl he had expected but just an everyday tavern scene, people drinking and eating, and, his facial expression becoming puzzled as he saw someone seeming to have some walking problem, groaning in pain as opened a door and almost fell in, somehow managing to close it behind him.

He got an feeling that the magic from before had something to do with it, shrugging it of he set forward to the table where L’eo and Aryeh were sitting, L’eo having brought a book for after dinner and Aryeh still eating, realizing he had still not thanked her Ikale set a course for their table.

Drawing out a chair he sat down, turning to Aryeh, “sorry I seem to have forgotten to thank you for the bandage, I don’t even feel anything there anymore, so a bit late perhaps but thanks for the help, tell me if I can repay that later, but anyway I wonder, did I miss anything while being away cause if I’m not wrong something happened”, here Ikale stopped as one of the taverns staff came, “and what will you have”, he asked irritated, casting a side glance towards Felicity, clearly not too friendly towards the earthborn, “focus on the customer will you” Ikale reminded him coldly, he was still annoyed about them mutilating the earthborns.

“I take a glass of water and whatever meat this sum is enough for” Ikale said as he scrambled for coins in his pockets, bringing out a handful of copper coins along with one silver andgiving it to the waiter, more than he usually spent but he was really hungry at the moment, giving the waiter a small push as he didn't make any sign of moving, getting the hint he set out towards the kitchen.
