Some are cash shop only, but not all.

Have you played the game lately? Still just as full as it's ever been.

And this really sucks because all my characters just hit or are a little over one of those check points (53, 43, 41, 31)

I'm leveling a new Dawn Warrior currently 20 and I went to go Ariant Coliseum and there is like two people. What happened to everyone? Is there a new place to level 20-30? No, not KPQ.

20-30 ? we used to kill horny mushrooms at those lvls .. but that's a long time ago

Everyone is doing KPQ at that level.
