In that case I would get a quadcore as they perform better in multitasking. Since your budget only is 200$ for CPUs the only CPU I'd recommend would be the i5 750 (I'd recommend the i7 920 as it OCs well, but it's over your budget.)
For this one or for the ones Sakumo linked you will need a new motherboard, so could you post your budget please? So we can select the best parts as quickly as possible without going over your budget.

600-700$ ill probably get a cheaper graphics card so around 200-400$ for mobo and processor total everything else should be around 50$ except mem maybe ><

Here's what I got:
 You have to reuse your CPU fan(assuming you have the 9500), case, HDD, and DVD drive.

i have 2 dvd drives and i might be able to rip out the usb drives from my old computer
i have a monitor key board 2 harddrives speakers i don't however have a fan ...... i was thinking of still using the zalman fan but i don't know if it would cut it or would i have to get a better one Thanks for the recommendations + rep
