umm, first of all, can u log back in? Because I dont think ur character's dead at small purple crystal level, it's when u reach the first star rank, then ur character's dead.

I think using a different browser will work too instead of changing ip, if u using IE, use mozilla firefox, go to firefox.com to download.

Oh and yea, kssn does look like that, the first 3 korean is the name which belongs to the first box, then the rest belong to the 2nd and 3rd box.
