have you tryed, Ghost: Recon? not sure if that is the name, but has both words in it...

I've beaten all of the call of duties and some Ghost recon games.

Farcry 1, Halo 1 (I'm surprised too), Bioshock, Half Life 1 and 2 (This is a given), Raven Shield with expansions, STALKER 1 and 2 (Patch first), Quake 4, that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

I second the H A L F - L I F E series!!!! best game ever!......Half-life 2 is better than one(In my opinion) but start with number 1, its a really really great work of badass-ness!

FEAR 1 and 2, Team-fortress 2, Left 4 Dead, Half-life 1 and 2, and Borderlands that was just released.

hmm, a little old, but how about the Jedi Academy games? also, if you dont mind the slow gameplay how about Oblivion and Fallout 3.
