I really don’t like horror films/movies or alike. I get really scared and can’t go to sleep afterwards due to the pictures. Even though everybody tells me “It is not real! Asshole!” but still the picture always embeds on my mind making it a lot harder for me to sleep at all!!
So yes, you should have expected that I won’t play “Ju-On: The Grudge!” For those who don’t know, XSeed made "Ju-On", a game based on the moderately popular horror franchise, "The Grudge." Yes, it features meowing children en masse. Depending on how you play through this "haunted house simulator," you'll be graded on two meters: Scare Level and Sissy Level. The game will track how quickly you progress through the game, so if you're the type of charging ahead, knocking down Japanese children with ease, your Scare Level will go up and If you're the type of coward like sponge bob and patrick weeping in the corner then Sissy Level increases. I laughed so hard when I found out the game will give you a humiliating description of how you played. Here's a sample, quoted directly from the game: ![]() “Your fear level: A total wuss. That's what you are, Zero courage. Zero guts! Why don't you lock yourself in your bedroom and write poetry or something?” The reason I am writing this article now and sharing this to you all is the package that my uncle (who lives in another country) send to me. I quoted to him “I love games anything new is ok!” and I didn’t expect him to send me a horror type one! The good news is it’s not the game itself that made me scared it’s the BOX!! ![]() I now present to you the box. This is the same box promoting “Ju-On: The grudge”. I don’t want to ask him how the hell he got this and of all the games out there why did he choose this?! I really like packages, really! It gets me excited to open the box and see what’s inside. But this time is an exception! I won’t and I mean it! No one can dare me to hold that freaking box! And the hair!! Oh my goodness! I don’t care if my Sissy level increase but HELL NO I won’t hold nor open that thing and I’ll just ask my brother to open it up for me. They say the reason of this is the theme where meowing the child is inside the box. I don’t want any part of him thank you very much. There are limits to my investigation drive. P.S. - In case you are wondering, sending packages here in our country takes months before it can reach to me. So yes, I already asked my uncle if the courier didn’t take good care of the package which unlucky for me “they did take good care of it pretty well that the box and style is totally intact!”

yes because if you have watched the grudge the scaring factor/technique is still there.. no because it has a different story than the movies you have watched in the grudge..

Thats pretty cool. Looks like an interesting game. Dont let it bother you and keep you from sleeping though. If some cracked out ghost pops out in the middle of the night and makes a scary noise just punch it in the face and tell it that youre trying to sleep =) Problem solved lol.
Just remember, if a ghost can touch you, you can touch it back. So just be prepared to karate chop it in the head haha |
