Combine that with potion spamming and it makes it easier, yet boring. I'm sure if you chose a different class you could use AoE attacks to level faster.

Then it's not 1000x believe me ) Playing p. serv with same rates, to lvl 115 it was a piece of cake even on 90-97 lvl mobs. Also played the 300x server, My incar is now 90 lvl and it was also easy, though lvled with party.
Well, the main cons of 2moons or dekaron are grind and basically a lack of content, the game itself is like grind to the max lvl and then pvp or pk noobs, nothing special, so i suggest just to find a good p.serv and play there...
