i booted into safemode through msconfig to scan for a virus after that was done i unchecked safeboot.ini but it still boots into safemode just without the 800x600 screen i can't print or anything

During bootup of your pc, before windows load, press F8 and select "Normal bootup".

As you describe it, something must have bugged out or got damaged, but I cannot tell what though. :/

system restore fixed it so nvm and thanks anyways (i already tried f8 but it didn't work)
