Any clues how much will it cost? Since I planned to get DSi next summer I will get DSi XL instead.

Pretty expensive I think. But I hope the prices will drop until the moment I get it.

Why would you ever want to get the DSi XL? not only might it be stretched pixels and figures everywhere, but the whole thing just looks ugly and clanky. if anything it should be smaller.

i could care less for nintendo handhelds, it just makes you feel like shit when u buy the 1st one then a year later they make another one, but no it doesnt have new games, just new crap that you know you wont actually use. Please just release one system not 4 and and add one feature every time

Yeah. This is why I just stopped bothering with console games. Everytime you buy something, 2 months later they announce a new version. With todays generation, you always have to have the new thing to be cool or whatever, and they know kids will do this. I don't remember 5 versions of the NES or SNES. Gameboy at least had an excuse, technology was constantly making games look better and have room to put more content in. Now they just milk money by adding on a couple features and charging as much for a console for the damn thing.

At least with a PC I can upgrade when I feel like it (and buy one that lasts several years without really needing upgrades). Oh well.

Haha at all the people that bought the DSi only to find out a month later they have already announced a new one.

I'll stick to the lite.We're running through different versions of the DS very fast.First the DS,DS Lite,DSi,Now the XL.By the time you know it,we'll have the DS "Classic" bringing back the GBA compatibility along with added compatibility for the GB/GBC.Which honestly doesn't sound like a bad idea.
