((wow I miss a lot when Im away for one day :P))

Mikin was confused, her mind was one great soup of one million thoughts which didn't seem to fit anywere. They were turning and turning and turning around in her mind so that she couldn't really think clearly anymore. She couldn't see, she couldn't tell, she could not tell if that guy, Jonathan, was lying. It was frustrating and confusing. Normally she always could tell if someone was lying but now when she looked into his eyes a few seconds ago it was like the completely blocked his mind for her.

That is kinda suspisious.. isn't it.. She thought. Why would he close his mind for me, instead if he has something to hide, and that could say he is not speaking the truth. She sighed a bit desperately and for one moment wished that she was just a normal teenager with a normal live and that she did not need to worrie about such great things. Then she looked to Min, since Kari got into chat with Jonathan.. (What does she see in him really...?) and walked towards her.

"I think... I think he is hiding something, but I can't really tell ... it is strange, I his mind is no open book for me.... " She said to her so that Jonathan couldn't hear it.

((OOC: Yeah, I was shocked that so many posts occured between Jonathan and Kari too. And smooth, TimeMasterX. xD ))

Min had been fiddling with the camellia, no longer standing, but sitting in the grass. Somehow, Kari went from being defensive around Jonathan to conversing to him like he was her friend. This left Min and Mikin out of the group. Thankfully, Mikin thought so too, for she walked up to Min as though weirded out about something. That something centered solely on Jonathan.

"That is peculiar." Min replied, her eyes flickering momentarily to Jonathan. She then rubbed her chin and stared diagonally down at the grass, trailing it until her gaze arrived at Kari's book. Recalling how useful the book was, having everything about the gatekeepers in there, Min felt an idea pop into her head. Of course, Min and Mikin would have to retrieve the book without any suspicious gestures or usage of words. After all, Jonathan seemed to be a lot more clever than he let on.

Turning to Mikin, Min whispered in a voice only high enough for her to hear, "If we can get that book without attracting suspicion, we could look up Jonathan's powers and see why his mind is so difficult to read for you. Sound like a good plan?"

Jonathan was hearing whispers around him, he had a strong feeling that he just might be the reason. He released Kari's hand, leaving the crystal in her grip.
Surprisingly, him having darkness as a strength, Jonathan was enjoying the warm rays from whatever light source there was here.

He grinned, again, the smile brightened up his face.

"thanks," Kari muttered, blushing for a moment before something hit her, a spark. She bit back a growl as she turned towards the girls. "Dont. touch. my. book." she enunciated every word with great emphasis, grabbing the book and holding it to her chest tightly. "the Cenre port master gave it to me, and it will open for me and me alone, i dont like sneaky people." she scoffed.

Jonathan chuckled quietly to himself. He observed what had just happened and smiled.

Holding his head he groaned as he woke up slowly, blood still running down his face. Standing up he stared at the large Plain of grassyness and stood dumbfounded for a moment. Then pulling out his map he studied it and it showed a very diffrent world, and there was four gatekeepers all in a great cluster. Studying his map he made out the direction then sprinted towards them and using his wings to gain speed, he ran over 3 hills then slowed to a stop after spotting them at the top of a fourth. Taking out a pair of binoculars from his pants pocket he studied them. "Log, There are four figures in this unknown world, i think i shall call it...The Plain...Yes that will do, 2 of the figures seem to be conversing to eachother, possibly a couple. While the other 2 seem to be looking at them...There all Gatekeepers, or so my map says. Finishing his information he took out his key sword he jumped off the hill and used his wings to glide quickly down towards the group. " Hello there!" He yelled loudly from the sky.

A grin formed around Mikins lips as she heard the plan of Min. She liked this girl she decided. Min was not a coward and seemed to be quite inteligent as for her clothes.. they were.. different. Mikin sat down next to her as Min stated her plan.

"Sounds like a plan." She whipered to Min in her mind formed all kinds of sneaky actions to get close to the love couple, like try to harden the water under the book to make a slope and more of such plans. But before they could act, react, do something Kari turned around and stated that she dind't wish that someone else looked inside her book.

Yooh.. relax.. She thought a bit irritated, That you like that Jonathan so much doesn't mean we trust him.. she is weird..

Suddenly an other guy popped up coming from over the hills, he was flying..! What that guy can fly with his power!! Niceee. She thought and her grin grew bigger. "Hey!" She called back raising her head to the guy. "Is it nice up there?"

Jonathan's eye was caught by the figure in the air. He sat up and stared at the figure, Mikin rose to join him, Jonathan chuckled to himself.

"Cold! Very Very Cold!"He yelled quickly before landing abruptly in the lush grass. breathing quickly to warm himself up he stared at the four, "Please to meet you all, I am Merc, Gatekeeper of Hichin.."He says bowing then flexing his muscles wondering why again he travels without a shirt. Then looking out at the group he stated " I am here to rally the Gatekeepers to due what our ancestors did once, Seal the Unilt gate forever, and stop there invasion." He says smiling greatly to hopefully win them over to his side.
