Jonathan walked up to the Angel and sat beside him. "So why do you want to shut my gate then?" You arrogant, idiot, finished his subconscious.
He projected a flame of shadow onto his hand and watched it 'burn'.

((OOC: Sorry, I feel like I am just posting BS posts now.
Nothing to really do...))Getting out of the taxi, Min was shocked at what was before her. A building that easily took up a block, carved out of that looked like chalky, white wood stood before her. There were at best three stories, with large windows made out of the most beautifully designed glass fragments Min had ever saw. Each piece reflected its own unique light, making every window appear as if glitter was tossed upon them. Interestingly, they were smooth and could easily be seen through. Taking this time to observe the others, Min could see various studies where young and old folk alike gathered and gazed at their books, as if the very information would leap from the pages. Eager to gather information of her own, Min headed to the door. It was comprised of a darker material than the building itself, but had an ancient, graceful feel about it. Knowing she had no more time to dwindle, Min ignored the rest of the details and headed inside. What she found were mountains of shelves with books, all organized according to the events that unfolded first, then placed in alphabetical order. The process of finding what you wanted would seem simple -- if you didn't have to walk a mile to get to where you wanted to go! "This is going to be harder than I thought," Min frowned, her eyes unable to pick up a librarian of some sort. "I guess they think they are so organized that there would be no need for such a person to assist you in your search. Umf...looks like I won't make it back to The Plain as soon as I planned..." |

Having had no response from Angel, Jonathan stood and strolled around the area they were in of the Plain. "This is nice." He remarked, "A very wide open space."

((OOC: Edit: Jeez, I am having a hard enough time trying to juggle the other RPs that Rozen and others made.
))Min casually walked before the many rows of books; actually, she was walking briskly, trying her best not to break out into a run and knock something over. Her eyes glimpsed at every label placed on the ivory edges of the shelves, kind of like the libraries found back "home", and not. There was no confusing labelling, no coded system of organization; everything was easy to follow. In fact, when she was finished browsing, Min found an asle titled, "Our Dark Past With Earth". If that didn't scream Unilt and its attempts to come to Earth, Min didn't know what did. Feeling more eager than before, Min strolled into the rather secluded and empty space between two shelves. To her surprise, there were very few books written on the events of the market, some commenting on the trade of which Edenia offered to Earth, a few scarcely mentioning the various gates and gatekeepers, and an even rarer selection on books that mentioned Unilt. It was if someone wanted to completely forget the incident, which sent chills down her spine. Fortunately, Min found several books of interest and peered from behind the book shelves to see if anyone was watching. For some reason, it felt almost forbidden to take such books out in the open. "I guess I can read them here," Min glanced upwards at the falty lights above the particular section she was in. "If only the lights weren't so bad. Well, maybe I can find a table isolated from everyone else?" Peeking out once more, Min scanned the area for somewhere to sit. Most of the tables were taken, but that was when Min recalled the rooms given to those that wanted to not be disturbed. Gingerly placing her stack down, Min asked around for a way to gain such a room. Most shrugged her off, but a few listened, only to shake their heads. Finally, Min came across a kind gentleman with rich, dark brown hair and gentle blue eyes who offered to allow her to use his room. When she mentioned the books she wished to read, his reply was a warm chuckle, followed by a comment that nearly made Min blush. "I have no reason to judge a lady of your standards. Come. I'll even carry your books in my book sack, if you wish to not be seen with them." "A-ah. Thank you very much." Now Min was actually blushing. She hadn't even explained that she was the Gatekeeper of Edenia, just an intrigued research. "No need to apologize." His lips spread apart to reveal pearly, white teeth and a charming smile. "Should it not be a gentleman's honor to assist a lady? Haha, not that I think of you any less than a man. I simply believe it would be rude to not help others, and that it is respectful to especially help any woman who needs it. Ah, but enough rambling. Come, follow me, miss."
