yes this is a remake, last time i had surgery and was out for 2 weeks so it died, i promise to do better

Rules

~you can only have up to 3 characters

~nobody is perfect, so make some flaws

~no godmodding, nobody is superstrong and everyone can be defeated

~please let everyone play as themselves, use others to the bare minimal

~if you wont be here please tell us, and if you dont want to rp anymore please tell me before you leave

most important rule, please please please be literate and post more than just a few lines!!! A minimum of 50 words isnt much but please try!

this is an rp about a group of teens who have special powers
they are running from a secret government organization that is trying to build a super army of these specials and destroy all the psychics that wont join them called " The Division"

The different types of abilities are ...

* Movers can manipulate inanimate objects at varying distances. The actual technique is known as kinetic signature control, where the mover is trained to "hear" and identify the specific atomic frequency of any given material, and alter the gravity wave around it, usually producing the nearby air to appear "warped". Advanced movers can work at the molecular level creating protective shields in the air around them. This is basically telekinesis.

* Pushers can "push" specific thoughts, memories, and even emotions into their targets. This technique can be used to gain a subject's trust, or to have them perform any action, thinking it was their own agenda.

* Watchers are trained to self-induce visions of the future, very much like a prolonged sense of déjà vu. The technique of following the future, either of a person or object, is called subject tracking. A Watcher's skill is primarily rated by how far they can see into the future.

* Bleeders have the ability to emit high-pitched sonic vibrations that cause ruptures in a target's blood vessels. This can knock you someone unconscious or even destroy someone.

* Sniffs are highly developed clairvoyants who can track the location of either people or objects over varying distances. Like psychic bloodhounds, their tracking ability is increased if they have tactile access to an object that has been in direct contact with the subject. Sniffs receive information based on images, not specific addresses, which is why identifiable landmarks help increase their effectiveness.

* Shifters can temporarily shift patterns of light on any object to create illusions to the naked eye. They work mostly on a touch basis, but once the illusion is established, it remains with the object for short periods of time. For example, a Shifter could momentarily touch a one dollar bill, altering its light pattern to appear as a one hundred dollar bill for hours, until the effect expires. The length of the shift is based on experience and ability.

* Wipers are skilled at either temporary or permanent memory erasure, an invaluable asset in espionage. Experience will dictate the accuracy of their wipes, though the danger is always present that they will eliminate a desired memory.

* Shadows are trained to block the vision of other clairvoyants such as Sniffs, making any subject within their target radius appear "dark". Experience will enhance the size of the area they can shadow and the intensity of their shielding effect. Shadows need to be awake to perform their ability, and it is common for a detail of two Shadows to operate in shifts while protecting a person or object for extended periods.

* Stitchers are psychic surgeons trained to quickly reconstruct cells to their previous or healthy state. Using only their hands, they can heal and even "unheal" whatever they have done. For more detailed work, Stitches use a silver based cream on their hands which acts as a conductor to their ability.

* Blockers are unaffected by other psychics. At high levels, they are trained to disarm others powers that are around them and shield others. If trained well, this shield can expand for miles.

appearance - She has almost platinum blonde hair about half way down her back, mossy green colored eyes, and her bangs as well as random tips are golden/bronze. She is very tall for her age, 5'8 and skinny, about 130 lbs. Because of her height and weight, she is very awkward, she is slightly clumsy. She looks much more awkward than she really is, so that is saying a lot. She is slightly muscular, not manly, but like an athlete or a dancer. Her body is slender, so is her waist, but her back is broad-ish as well as her shoulders. This makes her self conscious when she wears something that is strapless. She has fair skin, but tans easily. She has high, prominent cheek bones, a high forehead, almond shaped eyes. She has a normal sized nose, with a small-ish bridge and her lips are a little bit out of proportion. She has thick, long eyelashes and eyebrows that are arched. Kat usually wears a long black sleeve shirt with a white sleeveless hoodie. She wears white pants with a black skirt over them. She has one white shoe and a black shoe. Her hair is usually pulled back into a loose/sloppy ponytail or bun or just has it out.
power/ability- level 2 pusher and still developing other powers shes not sure of while trying to escape
personality- Kat was queit before The Division and is now a fugitive. She tends to get angry easily now and often gets angry when she has her "headaches". She can be very pessimistic but tries to be helpful to the others.
history/bio- Katrina was one of the first to be "helped" by The Division, was captured ( well given to The Division by her parents who were killed by The Division because they found out too much ) and tested on trying to harness powers for their cause ( now she gets terrible headaches ), but escaped. She is now hiding out in the city, she tries to find other specials and help them escape The Division while developing their powers.

appearance - She is a fairly small girl. She stands at about 5'4 and weighs about 93 pounds. She it wearing a white skirt that falls just above her knees. She is wearing a sky-blue blouse with sleeve's that cut off at her elbows.
power/ability- She is a level 2 Shadow.
personality- She is usually friendly unless she finds some people who like her and she doesant like them back. She thinks that one person should only like another person aslong as they like them back. She usually never hangs out with guys unless she knows them from a long time ago. She usually keeps to herself unless interacted by someone else first.

appearance - Stands at 5'10, weighing about 140 pounds. He has medium blue hair, with violet eyes. He wears a black long undershirt sleeved shirt with one of the sleeves missing, over it is a white sleeveless shirt. He wears black jeans with black and white checkered shoes.

power/ability- Level 2 mover

personality- Is quite careless, and usually doesn't pay attention unless he perceives it as serious matters. He loves to gamble usually with cards. He is quite intelligent, and is usually 3 steps ahead of everyone.

He was raised by most of the adults there. When he was 13 he ran away no longer able to take the experiments. He now just tries to live out a normal life.

(( Is it okay if I RP the stitcher a bit more offensivley than the whole "Support" thing it was intended for? He'll still be able to heal, but he'll be more focused on combat, and able to "unheal" enemies with his hands. ))

gender - Male.
appearance - He is around 5 feet tall, with a scrawny frame - he doesn't weight too much, and hasn't given any details away, as he is slightly ashamed of his weight. Allthough, his scrawny figure only helps to make enemies underestimate his unhealing abilities. Allthough he is not fully trained, he is still powerfull. His hair is unkempt and slightly poofy, it is in a messy and unattended style. And he doesn't pay much attention to it. He tends to wear a loose, grey suit-like vest over a formal white shirt, and some formal, grey trousers with some shined, black boots. He allso speaks with a oddly posh, intelligent british accent.

power/ability- Stitcher, Level 2.

personality- He is intelligent, and cool in most situations. However, he is a bit of a pessemist and, when he does get riled up, he gets riled. Like a volcano ready to burst at times. He doesn't do well with life and death situations, and can get easily weighted down by stress. However, he is a great strategist.

Gender- Female

Appearance- Short blonde hair, green eyes, fairly average height for her age, wears blue jeans, a White tank top and a black woolen jacket. Also wears purple converse trainers. Speaks with a strong Scottish accent.

Power/Ability- Level 2 Watcher

Personality- Quite mature for her age, likes being heard, not arrogant or spoilt but used to getting her own way. Good strategist and can interpret her visions very well. Enjoys gambling, she cheats.
Hates when people don't listen to her and gets irritable when this doesn't happen.

History/Bio- Was taken by the division when she was a toddler, saw her parents die when the division shot them.
Learnt how to control her abilities and now has good interpretation skills, the visions come of their own accord, she didn't learn how to induce them properly.
She escaped a few years ago and has been on the run ever since.

Other- Currently no crush

His eyes are really green but he wears contacts turning them red. He wears long black jeans torn at the knees, He also wears long sleeved shirts with skulls, blood, and occasional Emo clothing.

Bio:He grew up normally as a child, Getting several things he wanted. He still grew up poor and very very needy.When he hit his Pre-Teens he had started getting even more needy and moody. When he hit his sweet sixteens he got so very needy that when he didn't get what he wanted he got so pissed he changed his spoon into a knife and ended up stabbing his parents to death in rage. Eversince this he as lived a silent life with his older sister and lives like an Emo...
