I have no idea what happened last night, but whatever happened that night, my headphones are now trying to make me go deaf. Two days ago, I recently found my old headphones and started using them with no problem. I had the volume on max, and it never distracted me or messed with my ears.
Just last night, my headphones decided they were trying to **** up my ears and they have suddenly been EXTREMELEY loud for no reason. I can't play games with my headphones because they are so loud! I don't even know why or how this happened. :/ Can anybody help me out hear? And they aren't exactly headphones, they are ear buds but... same thing, right? |

Did you check your sound driver? It also can adjust the minimum/max volume.
Also, headphones aren't the same as ear buds. Headphone: ![]() Ear buds:
