Yeah so I Haven't played one in Awhile and Figured I'd see whats up.

Something with :
Hair, Eyes, Color. ect
Equipment changes upon equipping (Like in RO only the headgears we're shown unless you change jobs. Which was the only big Downfall for me.)
Different Classes (At least a decent variety)

I Think that's all I'm Really looking for.

No Emil Chronicles pl0x, I Liked it but It just wasn't doing it for me.

Oh, If you can try and tell what makes the game good?

Example - RO Has lots of jobs and a decent Community.

Trickster Online (Can change hair color upon char creation, and even further through cash shop, can change clothes color)

Secrets of Solstice (Same as RO)

Angels Online (14 Classes, each one unique in their own way, only 2.5D I played where you CAN see your armour.)

And seeing how you said 2/2.5D, I take it you also want 2D.

The Mana World. Its a awesome open source MMORPG. 2.5d graphics (i think its what one would call isometric) and they are currently implementing magic into the game, as its being constantly developed. It should come up if you Google it and its a small download (under 50mb i think).
You can also try Dofus, which is a good game, but takes alot of time to get a good character.

There's a lot of MMOs from TQ digital and enjoymmo and nearly all of them are 2D isometric MMOs.
