My brother's drummer shined one at a helicoptor after one of their shows. A cop showed up demanding to know who did it (I guess the pilot called the ground) but nobody ratted him out and the cop didn't search anyone. He was shaking after the cop went away though lol.

IDK what the odds of getting caught in school are...you can't see the beam unless its dusk or dawn or dark.
And, I wouldn't buy from WickedLasers. They are really over priced for the average person. My friend spent almost $200 on a 75 mw laser there, and I got my 50 mw green for $25. Mine doesn't burn, but whatever. There are two different types of laser "true" and...well...not true I guess. True means that it is always the mw they say it is. So, they are more expensive. untrue lasers fluctuate, so they aren't as good. But for a $175 price difference, I dare you to find a reason you need a true laser lmao.
Faded too fast Its bright out.

Well, it DOES burn...strangely enough, only sometimes
It seems like it only burns when it has been running for a while though. It is the right wave-length to write on glow-in-the-dark surfaces. Thats how it lit up the stars in the other video. Also - I got mine from DealExtreme. However, they DO NOT SHIP to the USA. Edit: The green one is still spectacular in the light, the blu ray isn't. Its OK indoors, but outdoors during the day, you can't even see it. The green however, you can see all day, REAL bright. |
