Default Cleaning my computer...

Ok so I guess it is time to clean my computer..

So I was wondering how would I go about cleaning my fan.

Do I have to take off a lot of screws?

I am using a dell inspirion.

You don't have to. All I do is take off the actual fan part of it and use a compressed air can. But in your case, I'm not sure if you can do that, so I'd just angle the way you blow the air into.

my moms bf gave me a compressed air can, holy molly it cleaned fast and easy, never had it this clean since i bought it and it only took like 5 minutes and you're done keep in mind to do it in a different room

But if you are using compress can to blow the fan from the outside then wouldn't the dust just be blown inside?

you unscrew and detach te fans from the pc than clean it. i don't to tell you that you need to use an air compress can since it shoudl be obvious.

Open up the case and just use the compressed air like Sakumo said: "At an angle". That way the dust will be blown out into the air. He is a useful video:
