They like to feel like the big bad guys. WTF was that guy hurting? He was just chilling on some staircase.

I remember I saw this on cops and lol'd at it before.

The best one I ever saw was some foreign lady who hit a kid on a bike. The kid was nowhere to be seen, so they just figured they got a miss-report. They asked her if she hit someone, she said "no" (I doubt she understood them.)

Then, this black kid with a huge afro full of sticks and leaves stumbles out of the woods all covered in blood and stuff. Every question they asked him, he answered "I dono". He had a bad concussion, but it was mad funny.
