What a load. SETI is a joke they assume that intelligent life uses the same things we do. We can't even prove they exist let alone if they developed the same way we did. Also why do people think that the only way for life to exist is by having the things that we have. We don't and can't know how other life is formed until we see it for all we know there could be a planet full of lava people. I find it silly that we judge the universe by earthly standards. I know we have to start somewhere but it seems to me that we should keep out minds open to all possibilities when it comes to the universe.

But the fact is you're just speculating that life can exist in a different facet than here on Earth. It sounds nice but does it have an scientific holding? Nope. |

Why should that matter all science is man trying to understand his world. That understanding is VERY limited and changes all the time. Science only looks through the eyes of "logic" and what is proven and dismisses everything else. But logic often can't explain the things found in our world let alone the universe. Yet time and time again we try to put the universe into a proverbial box and then we wonder why things in the universe don't go the way we think they should. Science can only explain so much after that we just have to except that somethings just aren't to be known or aren't going to work with the scientific theories we have as of now.

They have pools like that. Ones that create the illusion of going on forever. They're called infinity pools. I guess because of the edge. |
