Default can i run borderlands?

ok so i was debating on getting the game for 360 or pc,until i found out to play online with 360 you need to have a gold membership and i dont plan on going gold.

my biggest fear was i couldnt run it on my comp but then i read somewhere it uses the unreal tourn 3 engine so i went to canyourunit.com and checked to see if i could run that game.i meet the minimum requirements and the only thing i lack on recommended is my gfx card.my question is could i run the game fine on lowest settings?

Just pirate it and see it for yourself.
If I can run it on my Dell Vostro 1500 on Medium-High then you should too.

Well obviusly the public ones have slow speed, but I use private(a.k.a invite only) trackers and I always get maximum speed no matter where you are located.

you can lower the settings right down to something like 640x480 i think it even goes down to 320x240! on my laptop, i have to use 640x400 (widescreen) to play it smoothly. on this computer i can play it at 1400x1050 on high settings.

the game will run fine on a wide range of machines, it'll just look different.
