my main question is wtf my graphics card is good enough.

Seeing the aero effect on your browser, you have vista, which means you'd need a 7600gt on minimum specifications.

Id say you could. but on low to medium id say. i always take the risk if not i just sell the games on.

*cough* thats windows 7. but still if my card meet the req then it should pass right? it doesn't need to be that exact card.

It doesn't take much on low with no frame-buffer.
Even I can run it on mid with framebuffer and I have 1gb ram / 3.x ghz and 256mb card.

processor can also be a factor.. like on my case i have GTX 275 1792mb and a dual core processor even with that i still get low frames on GTA IV..

but some people who has the same card with me but using i7 processor can max it and run 60+FPS
