I run it fine on low even in giant battles with a 6800 GT. But here's the thing, all because you have a 7300 LE doesn't mean its better. First of all in my other PC I have a 7600 GS which still isn't as good as my 6800 GT, and second, 7300 LE means Lite Edition which means it pretty much sucks. So, without even looking at specs I can probably assume a 6600 GT is far superior than your current card, that's why you do not meet the requirement.

jeeeez 6600 is sooo old! you can get a decent ATi 48 series for dead cheap now

You might be able to play it on lowest resolution and graphics on low, but you biggest problem is the video card

hmm im pirateing the game now but i get this. not sure how accurate this site is at times.
this is for recoomened i past minimum.

The spec req for this game isn't that high. It's optimized pretty well I think.
I'm playing on low settings at 800x600 and get 30~50 fps.
Game still looks good on low, well for me anyway, I play every game on low.

I have a 4 yr old computer with a $30 graphics card.
Windows XP
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ ~2.2GHz
2 gb ram
8600gt 256mb ram

You don't need a super powerful graphics card if you don't mind running it in low, just get a cheap one and it should run fine.

I can run it on medium-high graphics according to the website.

Not maximized, but whatever. I don't need uber awesome graphics to enjoy a game.
