That's what I used in vista to get round a lot of those "you don't have rights to preform task" and some install errors and removes the requirement to confirm you are admin all the time and specifically having to choose to run as admin all the time, sure it opens the pc up to the ability to have info changed but with anti virus and a fire wall you should have no issues, I'd assume windows 7 has a similar feature.

You have to have Windows 7 Pro for xp compatability mode. It's a nice feature but annoying that you need at minimum pro to use it.
