as the title says if i want to play with u guys or my friends and im higher lvl or u are i want to powerlevel or be powerleveled

Conquer Online 2.0(still popular but sucks) and 1.0(closed...BUT read below)

Conquer Online series are VERY cash shop based games, and on the 18th C.o 1.0 is reopening with ABSOLUTLEY NOOOOOO CASH ITEMS whatsoever, NO CASH SHOP! So just wait for it, its a great game, and the only thing that made it suck monkey nuts is bieng removed!

Something thats over looked that they may not fix is that when they added the cashshop they lowered the drop rate for meteors and dragons by A LOT. Then again maybe they know what they're doing. I like the game, but i dont know if i'll ever go back to the official conquer servers.

But yeah its one of the few games (and only one i can think of right now) that encourages power leveling

You can buy leeches in Maplestory for a ridiculous amount of mesos.
