I guess it should probably be free, unless it's really, really good.

Can you think of any MMO's that meet these requirements (other than Dungeon Fighter Online lol)?

I think they have a free server, Sakray, or something for iRO.

But seriously, I would recommend other games if you don't have the Ragnarok-background... Maple Story,
Gah - everything is high specs nowadays! I was going to suggest Dragonica.
