I've been out of the loop for a while but is there a series that has a theme of Crime,Noir,Pulp,Guns, or gangs? Something like pulp fiction or something?

Baccano! if you want some crazy immortal stuff going on too. It is a lot lighter than what I think you are ideally looking for though.

You could try Cowboy Bebop, but this anime is already over 10 years old.

Thanks for reccomending tokyo tribes it looks preety sick from what i see especially with a hip hop theme
