Last year I played Maplestory for a while, but quit it when it was to much of a grind. Is there a 2d sidescroller that needs not that much of a grind, or has maplestory had an update? Pls suggest.

Knytt has zero grind.

Super Smash Bros. has zero grind.

Grand Chase is multiplayer.

Maplestory had a patch including the 5 new classes, the Cygnus Knights. A variant of the previous jobs, with a shorter level cap and many cool looking skills and having 6 stat points a level makes them really strong.

And awhile ago, a game called Latale, basically maplestory with pvp and taller characters had a new class added, Engineer.

Rest of the 2D MMO's are crap.

MapleStory also edited their Experience Table and curved it a bit =] So the grind is alot lower than it was last year. You should try maple again maybe you will like it better this time around

Your asking for a decent MMO that doesn't have grind, I believe thats nearly non existant. (Unless you find a way to buy all your exp *cough Conquer cough*).

Well, I understand that you will eventually need to grind. But, there is also a thing called quest based.

id give Wonderking a go.

Maplestory is pre good after the new patches.

And try Latale if u dont lagg ...unlike me >:[

I've seen a gameplay vid bout wonderking, is it almost the same as maplestory?
