i got a new laptop with windows 7 which zonealarm doesnt like

so far ive only got avg installed as a free trial but i was wondering are there any other free firewalls that are actually decent and also compatable with windows 7?

also, is the firewall that comes with windows any good? i never bothered using the free firewall with xp.

The best free software firewall is no firewall. They all suck.

You only need a decent AV with realtime protection and that'll be enough.

I just use the Windows Firewall. It have never failed me yet. And if it did, my anti-malware/spyware/virus will catch it..

I hope the W7 firewall isn't thesame as Vista's firewall.
Vista's firewall blocked the windows updates from installing. >_<
