You might want to look into the 1TB option, (eg, caviar green), which doesn't cost much more for double the space. If you don't mind the internal sound then it should be ok. The motherboard is a good one for it's price, I don't see why people think it's bad. Has some nice opportunities for overclocking on it. I would highly recommend overclocking this system, it should be able to manage 3.8ghz.

Also, I wouldn't say it's crap, now the AMD build is like, $100-200 cheaper, and only 40 seconds slower, than the i7. Some would say it's a lot, but it's not, if you say it is, well go pick up a book and read for 40 seconds, it's good for you.
