press the button and ur application is done
u will not receive a confirmation email saying "we have received ur cb application"
on the 19th, u will find out whether ur in or not via email

i think thats how metal rage runs
in kr, gamehi has its own acc/game website, then kr netmarble has metal rage too; however i believe they play in the same server
so same thing probably in jp, gamehi has its own website and acc setup, at the same time hangame holds a publishing right too

not sure, purely my guesses
but just apply again @ hangame too, the schedule/time frame/# of accepted is all the same as gamehi's info
and all u do is press a button at hangame too
