good pvp is a bonus and has to be populated i don't care if people bot unless they bot in pvp....

S.U.N. actually fits the criteria, but PvP is super unbalanced unless you are a DK then yuo are just GoD

can you group pvp like i would love to do something like guild wars where 10v10 and people just try and kill each other

Least Gind is only until level 60 though. Then, to get to the level cap, the game is nothing but grind. (Only for now though, since they haven't updated the game with more quests yet.)

well, depends on your preference. There are always people outside of PVP zones starting PVP parties, and if you want to join, you can. Or, you can go to other PVP areas (colored orange on map) and kill low levels just for the heck of it. xD
