No. I think it is just a way to encourage more players to stop pirating and also attracting more users of course.

i finished the original overlord, it took a little time to grow on me but i really enjoyed it. So i bought the complete overlord package. i'll play 2 sooner or later.

I hear the games are fun & the price is great so I bought the pack. Love when steam has good deals like this; missed out on the $10 Orange box but got TF2 for $2 and passed up Mass Effect (not interested). They defiantly lured me in on these deals; I probably would of just ignored the games other wise.
