Yes. I can run with Extra textures smoothly, I only can't run smoothly with everything maxed.

I can run MW2 Better then I can run MW. With my AMD Athlon X2 4050e @ 2.1GhZ, 4GB RAM, Integrated Nvidia GeForce 9200. And I can run it at 1280x720 and With everything on except Shadows and no AA.

This game must be having a bug then. Although with all those other options you have turned down maybe that is why you can run it smooth.

I'm a newb to computers and I really don't know -- my card is integrated.

I'm about to upgrade my card now, so it should be no problem.

9800 GT here I cumz.

Are you sure you can upgrade integrated card cos I have heard that you can't... i could be wrong tho

Didn't even have to lower the resolution any (1366x768)

Mine has 256mb of dedicated memory though I dunno if his does.

Integrated graphic card can't be replaced, but you can disable it, and then install a new graphic card if you got an extra PCI/e or AVG slot.
