I think Goku could win.

Strength - Equal
Both Superman and Goku are strong Physically only Difference is that Goku gets Stronger after every Battle cuz of his Sayian Blood.

Speed
Both Superman and Goku are Super fast, but I've never seen Superman do like 1,000 Hits in 1 sec and Goku can create Afterimages of himself. Goku uses his speed in battle were as Superman uses his to Travel. Not only that but I doubt Superman would use his Speed to go back in time and kill Goku before he reaches Earth because Superman seems like that type of guy who likes a Fair fight (or as fair as it can get). Cuz if he was the type of person to do that he would of done it to Doomsday.

one last thing Spiritbomb wouldn't work on Superman cuz Superman has a pure heart so he could deflect it. As for the Kamehameha, Kamehameha x10 and the Kamehameha x100 who knows cuz unlike the Omega Beam Goku's Energy attacks uses Ki.

He didn't do it to Doomsday because they knew that Superman "dying" meant boosted sales.

He whooped Doomsday in the end, flying him to the end of time and leaving him there. So he did use it.

The strength is not equal. Goku can be wounded much easier. He's not bulletproof.

So it comes back to energy attacks; not gonna happen.

well Superman didn't use hi Speed to take Doomsday (I think I don't remeber much of the Movie) and Goku is Bullet proof

Movie? Movies aren't canon, I'm referring to the comics.

You don't judge a comic character by anything other than comics. Superman beat him by flying him to the end of time.

This is what I mean, people only know movies and TV shows. Nobody has ever read a Superman comic.

Just because it never says he's not bulletproof doesn't mean that he isn't, though, it won't help Goku supporters like myself much.

I'll just say: I clearly remember a scene where several armed men opened fire on Cell (in his first form) using machine guns, and the bullets simply bounced off him.
In the end, Goku wound up being several times stronger than first form cell, which leads me to believe that Goku could block bullets if he needed to.

That, or strength wouldn't have anything to do with the ability to block bullets if first form cell could do it while a much stronger Goku wouldn't be able to.
