Last night I played a match of LoL. I would've played more but I just couldn't make any more of it go down my throat. The first experience was the game crashing on entering into the game and then the login servers going down so that I couldn't reconnect until after a while. Once I actually got into the game few people who had managed to connect before me were way ahead in levels. Nobody on the team said anything to coordinate any kind of teamplay and everyone were just randomly going around killing and dying.
It was a great reminder why I chose HoN over it a month or two back. Now if S2 would just fix the lag issues on their servers. Everything else works.

yeah the PvP.net had a problem since 2 days ago probably because they're working on the store.. but it seems to be fixed now. and the store is open.
now.. when you just start playing LoL, 80-90% of the time you'll be playing with noobs (most likely they don't even play dota). so yeah you just have to suck it up.. it'll give you time as well to try out all the champions and different builds for the game.
the game pretty much force you to do that until you level your summoner until probably around level 15-20 to get a decent match.
