There both fairly nice.

1st one: Get rid of the text and change the color of his face to blend in better with the background. ( points to your second sig as an example.)

2nd one: Get rid of the sparkling c4d's and the c4d on the right side, it just doesn't fit. I would also work on the text in that one as it doesn't really fit with the sig. It's nice text though.

I'd also say work on the text a bit more.

Offtopic: Which file format are you using? it had to scan over it a few times to get the full quality
