every time i look at a graphics card, i get a little more skeptical. ok i have a psu with a 250 watt max (which is probably the main thing holdin me back) and i have like 100 ish. what card can match this crap PSU? could i use a ATI HD 4770?

Country? Also, no the 4770 won't run on a 250W, it requires at least 350W(quality brand), 500W if it's a generic brand.

If you live in the US/canada i would go with:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-244-_-Product or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-287-_-Product (same card different brand and 1GB 128-bit DDR3 over 512) it honestly wont make a difference seeing as it is 128-bit though. |

Yah no good video card will work on your PSU.
So get a new one and make sure you motherboard has the right slot for it. Also make sure you have a good enough CPU because if you have a crappy CPU it will bottleneck your video card's performance. |
