This 57-year-old man was only sentenced to 12 years in jail.

Also the title sounds like something a porn spammer would write. I changed that too.

You are dellusional. In the "Stureby" case, which I assume is the recent case that clouds your view, the offenders were minors and that's why the sentence was merely 1 years and 8 months. The maximum possible in such case is 4 years.

Since the offender in this topic is an adult, he would receive a lifetime sentence. No doubt about that.

oh yeah? in belgium, he'd be out on the streets in a week due to "an error in the administration"

Belgian law system is so good criminals can even walk out the court without cuffs and anyone being able to stop them. :/

Anyways, I hope they beat the raper so well in prison he either won't be able to leave by himself or in a coffin.
