You miss out on an extra S.Link and weapon fusion.

Can't exactly say you miss out on The Answer though.

I completed persona 4 got true ending on expert mode. Beat the real final boss. Oh and the persona 3 FES is really hard game to find all the gamestop store where i live are sold out had to order online... I heard persona 3 psp has new main character girl you can choose with its own story other then the boy.

ya you can choose either the male or female protagonist, and there are some cameos from the persona 4 characters too

Also, in the female scenario in P3P it's possible to save you-know-who from dying.
