Just finished re-watching the mini-series and was curious what you guys thought of this little gem?

I'm sure a lot of people remember it from it's appearance on Toonami, and how edited quite a bit the essence of it was still there. I've always loved the way the Japanese wage future war (i.e. Gundam series') and something about this War in a Wasteland of Water has always been one of my forgotten favorites.
