Default I have question about Ram Memory

i want to make my pc work faster i want to now if i can increase my ram memory from my pc here are my specs:
Manufacturer:MSI
Processor:Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 430 @ 1.80GHz
Memory:1022MB RAM
Hard Drive:250 GB
Video Card:NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS
Monitor:Plug and Play Monitor
Sound Card:Realtek HD Audio output
Speakers/Headphones:
Keyboard:USB Root Hub
Mouse:USB Root Hub
Mouse Surface:
Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 2 (2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.090206-1233)

Computer Case:

i cant find the name of my motherboard even with EVEREST Home Edition i bought pc through some site that sells pcs

Use CPU-Z, the information I need is found at the mainboard and memory tab.

Screenshot those two tabs please. (just to make it easier to read, assuming you don't know what to write down)

Seems like you've done this type of thing before snowbunnz,but yes like he said if you going to doing anything with Memory in the future, find out what kind of motherboard you have

just to get this right your wanting to buy more ram for it and want to know if you can do it?

if so this ram right here is your best bet i think:

Max ram your motherboard can handle is 2GB of DDR2 ram

According to the interwebs your mobo has two memory slots that can support 1GB of DDR2 RAM each.
