Like Groteske said, the BF deals have ended, now it's Cyber Monday! And after that, there's the after Christmas sales, but that's like 4 months before even more new tech to come out.

It's not hard if you can follow the instructions... No you do not need barebones. They're just the very basics to a build, you may or may not add parts, such as a video card. They don't even assemble it for you, but you're paying for the price of the labor to build it.

hm...What do you need aside from parts(New OS, Monitor)?

Anywho if you don't need a new monitor or OS(Just look for a case on there, to fit into you're budget or maybe check out tigerdirect incase you can't find one on newegg)-
HDD
Motherboard
RAM
GPU+CPU (Can change that GPU out if you wanted to go with a DX11 card still be around same price probably, depending on which one)
PSU+DVD burner

^^this is if you don't mind not being able to crossfire or not.
(Or maybe i read last post wrong, and you were just stating your budget rather then asking for help with parts....)

^Pretty good build, but I think I can maximize it's potential, as soon as Kill list the games plays/will play and resolution of the monitor.

As long as you follow some sort of reliable guide, building a computer is a cakewalk. I built my first at 11 from reading maximum-pc magazines for years.
