its actually better going to the tailwhip forum and ask for help as this place is moving WAYYYYY too fast for any help to prove useful.

i havent done much vs quest but from what i know they're just fun quest to do with friends. e.g. in mhf, when you capture monsters, there is a small chance of actually making them your pet( some people say you have to play a special flute first but i caught two pets without playing the flute so yeh, up to you if you want to play or not) and then you can set up a fight with others. How it works is, you and the opponent each have a pet and you try to kill the other pet before your opponent kill yours. You can choose to feed your pet in the beginning of the fight. According to a guildmate, his pet grew everytime it won.
