Further CO isn't like a standard MMORPG!! Cause in the standard MMORPGs the quests are fun and useful, in CO they just suck.. lol.. The PvPing in CO is way different though than in any other MMORPG, as you probably noticed if you played it a bit, you can take damn long jumps in CO. This really affects PvPing.. I like it really. The thing I like most about Conquer is the community, with the non-cheating and nice people you can actually become great friends and have great fun.. Conquer is not a game you can play on your own, if you don't have friends you'll quit within a month.. Also about the lvl limit, it's lvl 130.. it'll take you ages to get there.. Then gather good equipment.. It'll all keep you busy.. I don't see how a lvl limit would be lame though?.. It's true what Deimos said, every single MMORPG has a lvl limit.. Something new they just implemented is that the map you start off in as a noob is a non-PK map. And also the higher lvls won't be attacking the monsters in there anymore, cause they removed the DragonBall/Meteor drops from the low lvl monsters. All this is handy for the low lvls, sucks for the higher ones.. especially the non-PK thing. All in all I'd say CO is a fun game, just the cheaters annoy me greatly, it's not hard to play the game, though you do need to get good on using the skills. If you want to try it, here's some class info: WaterTaoist: Supporting class (hard to lvl [even though they get more exp than other classes after L70 and they can rebirth at L110, other classes at L120], but they can revive people, these are always needed in GuildWar and such. A variation is getting your WaterTaoist reborn back to Water, lvl it up and use a melee weapon [info about this at the Warrior part, just Waters wont have a shield]) FireTaoist: High damage magic attack (easiest PvPing ever, extreme hard to lvl though, but once it is L120+, you do kick-*** damage) Warrior: High defense, medium damage melee (easiest lvling, they have SuperMan as skill, makes them do more damage which is great for lvling, a warrior usually chooses between a 2handed weapon [cheaper weapons in general, lil more range in attack, but melee only], a club [also melee only, but you can use your shield, most expensive weapon] or a sword or blade [just like a club a 1handed melee weapon AND you can use your shield, but these two weapons have the skills ScentSword and FastBlade, if you master them good, you can be a great PvPer]) Trojan: Low defense, high damage melee (medium lvling I guess, after L40 they can use 2 weapons, that's why you never see Trojans with a 2hander but only with 2 1handers. Trojans usually choose for the following combo's: Club/Club [You can use the skill Hercules (AoE skill), quite easy to aim, lower damage though], Club/Blade or Club/Sword [These are about the same, though Blade has more damage and Sword has more dexterity, this is great for FastBlade or ScentSword]. Very rarely someone chooses for Blade/Blade or Sword/Sword, if you choose this you can both use Hercules and FastBlade or ScentSword, but Clubs do more damage than Blades and Swords] |

good description
recently in the co forums theres been more and more complaints about the cheaters, tq apparently released a new patch that was suposed to deal with the botters... but nothing has changed really and it never will. they still catch tons more innocent players rather than actual cheaters. but yeah i agree, the best thing about co is the community. if your in a guild then it gives you more reason to play since you got people to talk to and help. |
