Do u have to install Both Full Package and Launcher?

running splash wont do you much good now, since when you hit "Start Game" on the site, the updater comes on anyways

another question:

why does my IE close and diplay an error message ("IE encountered a problem..." or something like that) everytime i get disconnected from trickster?

another question, i went to game start but i updated launcher and when i press start on launcher it closes any help u can give?
