id have to say no besides ranking up or leveling up
thats the only thing that it has in common with an RPG ( well that and the term RPG wich is used for Rocket propelled grenade)
the term leveling up only means that you gain a rank and thats it nothing else there is no stat points and no monsters to grind on and so forth its just like any other FPS
